I currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to join this reputable firm in a full-time position, working on all aspects of Conveyancing. The role is based at the firms' Bradford office.
This role is assisting a fee earner and will involve someone with experience and confidence in all aspects of the conveyancing processes for residential properties for sales, transfer of equities, purchases, and remortgages.
To be considered for this Conveyancing Assistant role, you must have substantial experience working within Property with a fast and accurate typing speed. You will have full knowledge of Land Registry services including SDLT applications, office copy entries, and registrations.
It is essential that the candidate has knowledge of the conveyancing process, and you must be able to work in a demanding and fast paced environment.
A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN CONVEYANCING IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.
Your duties in this Conveyancing Assistant role will include, liaising with clients and fee earners, providing quotes, progressing the conveyancing process, being the first point of contact, dealing with completions, arranging the transfer of monies, producing completion documents and letters, prioritising work, and all general administration.
