Business Development and Events Assistant.
We are working with an Elite US law firm who are seeking an Events/Business Development Assistant to work as part of a small and collaborative team in their thriving London office.

One of the most successful US law firms of recent times is looking to add to its highly-regarded Marketing and Business Development team. 
The role will be split between supporting the London events calendar and also supporting the London business development team with wider marketing projects, and will afford a lot of variety. 
Supporting the business development team generally in preparation of drafting and assembling marketing materials for client and prospect meetings, providing production support for RFP responses, proposals, slide decks and other client-facing materials.
The events work will involve all facets of event coordination: including mailing list compilation, invitation production, managing RSVPs, making arrangements with vendors/caterers, name tag production and managing logistics. Provide on-the-ground event support and assist in registration and also provide support to follow-up business development activities.
