Our client, a global law firm boasting an incredible reputation, are looking to recruit a facilities assistant to work closely with and support the Office Services Manager, based in London. This is a firm that are committed to building a diverse workforce and offer a supportive and collaborative working culture.
This person will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm, it will provide a lot of variety and you will be dealing with members from all walks of the business. The role will encompass everything from conference room set up, security, facilities and office maintenance to health and safety assessments and equipment/supply purchasing.
The role will suit an individual with experience working in office services within legal or professional services, exposure to printing/reprographics, excellent attention to detail, someone who is willing and enthusiastic and has the ability to be flexible when it comes to managing and organizing their workload whilst simultaneously able to solve practical problems as and when they arise.
