An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial property legal secretary to join a leading law firm based in Birmingham city centre on a permanent, full time basis. This law firm can offer you both a supportive and progressive environment, along with a competitive salary.
This firm pride themselves on providing a first class service and now need an additional legal secretary to join their commercial property department. You will provide secretarial support to fee earners within the department where your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing, including digital dictation
- Preparing/drafting files and bundles, as well as correspondence
- Liaising with key clients
- Diary management and key administrative duties
In order to be considered for this commercial property legal secretary role based in Birmingham you must have excellent communication, typing and organisational skills, you must be familiar with IT systems such as Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and have experience amending documents.
