Personal Injury Legal Secretary.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a Chester based law firm within their Personal Injury department.
 
Previous Legal Secretarial and Personal Injury experience is needed. As the legal secretary you will be working closely with the director, dealing with personal injury matters and providing general secretarial support to the department. You will prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing, using the firms case management system.
 
Role overview

- Creation of client /matter case files on accounts and case management systems.
- Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening.
- Make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary.
- Digital dictation.
- Any other secretarial duties.

To be considered for this role based in Chester, you will need to have experience within Personal Injury, excellent communication and organisational skills.
