Private Client Solicitor , East Midlands
High street firm with a loyal client base and fantastic reputation locally are looking to add to their team with the appointment of a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You could have trained or gained experience at any level of firm, Legal 500 or high street, city or regional.
What is important is that you have upwards of 5 years PQE and you will have previous experience across the full range of private client matters.
There are many STEP qualified fee earners within the firm and you would be joining people who have a background in high net worth matters, trusts and estates, wills, probate, estate admin, capital tax planning, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection and care home advice.
The firm covers elderly services matters too. (SFE - services for the elderly).
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Derbyshire region and build on the very strong existing relationships that the firm possesses.
