Private Client Legal Secretary.
This highly established law firm based in central Birmingham, is now looking for an experienced private client legal secretary to join their expanding private client department. This role will be a strictly full time, permanent opportunity based in state of the art offices, offering a competitive salary.
Based in Birmingham city centre, you will support the work of a private client solicitor where you will be tasked with:
- Audio copy typing, including digital dictation
- Liaising with key clients
- File & diary management
- Preparing and drafting documents and correspondence
- General administrative duties
In order to be considered for this private client legal secretary role based in Birmingham city centre, you must have 2-3 years+ experience working within a private client department, have excellent typing and communication skills, along with a willingness to go the extra mile for your colleagues and clients.
