Employment Law Solicitor
Our client have a national reputation in personal injury, clinical negligence and employment law. They have years of successful experience in pursuing claims against large corporate organisations and multi nationals.
With offices based in Slough they are seeking a Employment Law Solicitor 1-5 years PQE to join the team of 2 other fee earners which is Partner lead.
The Department deal with: Disability Discrimination Age Discrimination Race Discrimination Sex Discrimination TUPE Redundancy Contract of Employment & Contractual Disputes Pay Disputes and Holiday Pay Maternity Equal Pay Settlement & Compromise Agreements Whistleblowing You will be required to manage own casework.
This will be a full range of Employment Tribunal issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, transfer of undertakings and collective redundancy issues. Ideally you will have managed your own caseload in the area of Employment law for no less than 6 months post qualification.
Litigation experience and a strong academic background are a must.
Previous trade union experience an advantage. Salary up to £45,000
