Our client is a global commercial law firm seeking to bolster it's employment law practice within the Manchester city centre office. There is now a rare opportunity for an employment solicitor at 1-6 years' PQE to join the team in Manchester working on a wide range of employment work.
This employment law role will give an employment solicitor the opportunity to work with leading employment lawyers in the Manchester team, but also the firms specialist employment lawyers nationally. You will deal with respondent work representing lawyers from a wide range of sectors throughout the UK, including many household names. It is an exciting opportunity to join this well-regarded firm during a period of growth within the Manchester team, but also significant growth across the wider firm.
You will be an employment solicitor who has ideally gained some Tribunal experience in your practice to date. The firm is very focused on supporting junior lawyers and indeed has developed internal processes to ensure structured training and development and will also be positively encouraged to take on your own matters and engage with clients from the outset to build strong relationships. You will also have the opportunity to assist senior lawyers on their high value and complex caseload. At the more senior level you will have the opportunity to build your career path around your career aspirations and have autonomy of more high value and complex cases.
