Insurance Fraud Fee Earner

£27,000 - £32,000
Private Practice
1 - 10+ years experience

Insurance Fraud (Motor) - Birmingham.

I'm currently looking to speak with Solicitors or Legal Executive candidates who have experience defending Motor claims on behalf of a number of well know insurers. My client is a highly respected and recognised international law firm who focus on insurance based litigation work, and is seeking to further expand their insurance fraud provision within the RTA / motor sector.

The workload would be a range of fast and multi track RTA / motor claims and therefore previous experience in running RTA files would be ideal for this role, however candidates from backgrounds outside of Personal Injury litigation are welcome, but it is important that you do have experience of the litigation process. While fraud experience would be preferable, is not be a pre-requisite, nor is a defendant background, and claimant lawyers are encouraged to apply.

For further information concerning this and other roles that I am currently recruiting for, please contact Andrew Cookson at the Birmingham office or apply via the link enclosing your current CV.
