Corporate Legal Secretary.
This well-established, mid-sized law firm based in Birmingham city centre is now looking to recruit into their corporate department with an additional legal secretary.
You will join the firm on full time, permanent basis and providing secretarial support to a team of 3 partners, 3 solicitors and a trainee solicitor, as well as 2 other corporate legal secretaries. Your key duties in this role will include:
- Audio copy typing including digital dictation
- Diary management
- Using the firms case management system to progress files
- Preparing & drafting documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients
In order to be considered for this corporate legal secretary role based in Birmingham city centre you must have previous experience working as a corporate legal secretary, be able to work with tracked changes and automatic numbering, as well as dealing with the churn of completion documents, be a confident and competent individual, along with being willing to go the extra mile for your clients and colleagues.
