Conveyancing Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary.
Based in the outskirts of Birmingham city centre, this established law firm is now looking to recruit an experienced conveyancing legal assistant/legal secretary to join their office on a permanent, full time basis. This law firm can offer you an established and friendly environment to further your career.
In this conveyancing legal assistant/legal secretary role, you will join a conveyancing department where you will be expected to provide both legal assistance and secretarial support to the conveyancing solicitors.
Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Audio / copy typing
- Opening, archiving and closing files and using the firm's case management system to progress files
- Dealing with The Land Registry and performing searches
- Liaising with solicitors and key clients
- Providing general conveyancing administrative tasks
In order to be considered for this conveyancing legal assistant/legal secretary role based in Birmingham, you must have 12 months+ experience working in a conveyancing role, have a good understanding of the conveyancing process, have good typing, communication and organisational skills, along with a friendly attitude.
