Commercial Legal Secretary.
This established, forward thinking law firm based in the centre of Birmingham is now looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join their commercial and governance department. Based in Birmingham city centre, you will work from state of the art offices on a full time, permanent basis and support the work of fee earners within the governance and commercial department. Your key duties in this legal secretary role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Audio / copy typing, including digital dictation
- Preparing and drafting documents / correspondence
- Diary management
- Liaising with key clients both face to face and over the phone
In order to be considered for this governance and commercial legal secretary role based in Birmingham, you must have 2-3 years+ experience working in a similar position, have excellent typing and communication skills, along with strong Microsoft office skills.
