Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
This well-established firm of solicitors based in Walsall is now looking to recruit an additional legal Secretary to join their conveyancing department on a full time, permanent basis. Dealing with a range of clients across the Midlands and further afield, you will support the work of fee earners on a daily basis.
The firms specialist conveyancing lawyers work in a high paced and busy department and in this legal secretary role, your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Audio / copy typing
- Liaising with key clients
- Preparing/drafting correspondence and documents
- Performing searches and using The Land Registry
- General administrative tasks
In order to be considered for this residential conveyancing legal secretary role based in Walsall, you must have 12 months+ experience working as a legal secretary within conveyancing, have excellent typing and communication skills and a keen interest in the conveyancing world.
