Conveyancing Assistant / Secretary - Birmingham.
Based just outside of Birmingham city centre, this established law firm is now looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Secretary to join their office on a permanent, full time basis.
Based on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre you will join a conveyancing department where you will be expected to provide both legal assistance and secretarial support to the conveyancing solicitors where your key duties will include:
- Audio / copy typing
- Opening, archiving and closing files and using the firms case management system to progress files
- Dealing with The Land Registry and performing searches
- Liaising with solicitors and key clients
- Providing general conveyancing administrative tasks
In order to be considered for this Conveyancing Assistant / Secretary role based in Birmingham, you must have 12 months+ experience working in a conveyancing role, have a good understanding of the conveyancing process, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
