An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial legal secretary to join a friendly and down to earth successful law firm based in Birmingham. This is a full time, permanent opportunity to further your legal secretarial career.
Your key duties will include:
- Audio & copy typing using digital dictation
- Using the firms online case management systems
- Diary management
- Preparing & drafting documents and correspondence
- Liaising with key clients.
In order to be considered for this legal secretary role in Birmingham, you must have previous experience working as a legal secretary preferably within a corporate department, have excellent typing, communication and organisational skills, be able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team, along with having a willingness to go the extra mile for your team.
