This firm boasting a fantastic reputation, good work life balance who are tier one across their core practice areas are looking to recruit a HR Manager to work closely and collaboratively with the HR Director to offer support in managing and developing the HR function ensuring as a core function they are meeting both operational and strategic objectives.
The role is generalist and very varied, offering exposure across the entire HR function, you will provide support to the firm and work closely with your client group partnering with management and providing them with employment advice and will be dealing with all levels of employee relations issues. There will be diverse project work focusing on running these inline with team business objectives focusing on culture, values, engagement, performance and productivity, including diversity and inclusion aspects also.
