HR Officer FTC (12-18 months).
Our client a top tier legal 100 law firm is looking to recruit a HR Officer on a fixed-term contract, this firm has a great reputation, and are renowned for employee engagement.
This role is a generalist HR role, providing support to the HR Managers in providing guidance and advise on matters of employee legislation, employee relations, and ensuring adherence to firm policies. This role will coordinate the HR processes including probation, fixed term contracts, joiners, leavers and monitoring absences.
A really varied role working in a consultancy capacity to line managers on best practice and coaching to deal with staff grievances, and also play a crucial part in the training and development aspect as well, ensuring training and understanding across appraisals systems and competency matrix's whilst simultaneously working with the HRM to oversee compliance training.
An element of payroll and benefits is inclusive and this person will be responsible for overseeing the collation of monthly payroll information. CIPD qualified is desirable, and a background in Legal is a must.
