IT First Line Support (12 Month Contract). 
 
This Birmingham city centre based law firm is committed to providing a first class IT service for employees within the firm and are now looking to recruit an IT support professional to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. 
 
You will provide technical IT support across the firm, assisting colleagues and clients with ICT issues either by phone, email or face to face. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and you will need excellent knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office, telephony systems, mobile devices and AV equipment. 
 
In order to be considered, you must also have experience working within a legal environment as an IT support technician.
