This is a wonderful role for someone looking to kick start their career in human resources, a small amount of experience within HR would be beneficial, but otherwise a background in administration will suffice, this 360 degree HR administrator role will offer exposure across the entire department, from on-boarding, general administration, diary management, meeting coordination, maintaining system and data, and project work also.
