Legal Administration Assistant.

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Legal Administration Assistant to join a top tier law firm. You will play a key role within the construction department. You will be working within a friendly, close knit team team supporting multiple fee earners up to partner level. 
You will have excellent organisations skills, and a pleasant, friendly telephone manner. You will have proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels, be smartly presented, enthusiastic, approachable and have a “can do” attitude. You will be expected to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.  
Duties will include

- Maintaining and closing files
- Archiving files
- efiling correspondence
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Scanning and preparing documentation
- General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
