If you are an Office Manager who is looking to make the move to a brand new and expanding firm, an exciting opportunity has arisen with a rapidly expanding firm in Newcastle. The role can be offered as an initial 12 month contract but also on a permanent basis.
You do not have to come from a background in the legal sector; however previous Office Manager experience in a professional setting is essential. You will be expected to hit the ground running.
You can expect duties such as, HR administration/record keeping, office facilities administration & management, a willingness to learn accounts functions in due course/in the absence of accounts staff i.e holiday cover, using state of the art technology to help you and your colleagues.
Other reasonable duties will occur from time to time.
