Company Secretarial Assistant Manager.
My client is a mid-tier firm of accountants who are looking to bring on board an experienced, ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary to join a large Company Secretarial team.
Reporting in to the Company Secretarial Manager, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, professional company secretarial service to internal and external clients, to continually increase the quality of service and to encourage client referrals and repeat business.
As Company Secretarial Assistant Manager, some of your duties will include:
-Filings with Companies House and the Charity Commission
-Preparing dormant company accounts,
-preparing documentation for client companies including changes in registered office
-incorporation of new companies
-attending client board meetings and taking minutes thereof
-updating Company Records on Blueprint.
This role would be suitable for someone with some prior professional services experience, and in-house experience will also be considered. In addition, the ICSA qualification is expected.
