A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a property administrator to join an established law firm based in the heart of Birmingham. This is an exciting time to join the firm as they look expand their property department.
In this property administrator position, you will join the firms built environment department where you will be responsible for opening & closing files, drafting legal documents and obtaining land registry documents, obtaining searches from Searchflow, scanning and closing files.
In order to be considered for this property administrator role based in the centre of Birmingham you must have 12 months+ experience working within a property department of a law firm, be a highly organised person with excellent communication skills, along with having a great team ethic.
