If you are a diligent and friendly Lettings/Admin Assistant looking to join a busy and dynamic team of 15 in the Land Management Department at a reputable national company in Shrewsbury, this is the role for you.
You will be expected to assist the Lettings Manager by answering the phones, arranging viewings and maintaining accurate records, amongst other jobs. You will also be expected to support the rest of the team in an administrative capacity with invoicing, audio-typing and maintaining filing systems as well as other adhoc requirements.
Our client is looking for someone who is a strong team player with excellent people skills, remaining calm under pressure and who is self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. The workload can often vary and you would be expected to cope in busy periods when there are high volumes of work.
There is scope for the role to progress into something more for a person who demonstrates the right aptitude and commitment. You are required to have an understanding of office practices, and a good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office packages.
