Real Estate Legal Secretary.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a real estate legal secretary to join one of the UK's nationally renowned law firms based within their Birmingham city centre office.
Based in Birmingham, you will provide secretarial support within the firms real estate department supporting the work of the real estate team made up of multiple fee earners and partners. Within this role, your key duties will include:
- Audio / Copy typing (Big Hand)
- Typing and drafting correspondence
- Amending documents
- Diary management
- Booking meetings
- Assisting and drafting bills
- Opening, maintaining and closing files
In order to be considered for this real estate legal secretary role based in Birmingham you must have at least 12 months+ experience working as a real estate / commercial property legal secretary, have excellent typing, communication and organisational skills, along with a confident and personable approach.
