Front of House Manager - Legal.
Do you have experience managing a team of legal support staff? Are you looking to progress your career within a leading Birmingham city centre based law firm? If so, this opportunity could definitely be what you are looking for!
Based in state of the art offices in central Birmingham, you will join this firm as their front of house manager on a full time, permanent basis. Your key duties will include but will not be limited too: managing and introducing a hospitality system, planning the firms client services requirements to provide high quality reception booking and switchboard, strategic management of the firms hospitality, Implementing changes and defining best practice, along with working closely with the firms head of client services.
In order to be considered for this front of house manager role in Birmingham you must have 2 years+ experience working within a law firm as a support manager, have solid experience in quality hospitality and client services, possess a working knowledge in switchboard and reception duties, along with excellent communication and managerial skills.
