Health & Safety and Property Portfolio Manager - Legal.
An extremely interesting and brilliant opportunity has arisen for a health & safety and property portfolio manager to join one of Birmingham's leading law firms.
In this health & safety and property portfolio manager role, you will form part of the firms business operations group where you will be responsible for assisting all of the firms offices and reporting to the head of client services and facilities. Your key duties in this role will include:
- Managing the firms property portfolio on a day to day basis
- Ensuring all health and safety processes and procedures are met in line with best practice
- Assisting and looking after all office locations
- Finding potential new premises
- Carrying out ad hoc assignments
In order to be considered for this health & safety and property portfolio manager role based in Birmingham you must have a NEBOSH qualification, extensive experience working within a similar role preferably within a law firm, be a member or fellow of the RICS and have strong property knowledge along with practical exposure to project management.
