Legal Administration Assistant.
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Legal Administration Assistant to join a top tier international full service law firm based in the heart of Manchester city centre. You will be working within a team of administrators providing legal administration support to a number of fee earners.
You will have a minimum of 12 months legal administration experience, and have knowledge of using a case management system. You must also have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A* - B.
Duties include opening files onto the case management system, collating initial information from clients and adding them to the relevant files, logging files out to costs, dealing with the post, answering the telephone and responding to queries received into the email inbox and dealing with general administration support.
