Personal Injury Paralegal.

A rapidly growing full-service firm are looking to recruit two new paralegals in to their busy personal injury department.
 
The firm are based in central London and despite opening just a few years ago the firm they have achieved great success and already employ a team of more than thirty. The personal injury department alone sits at six staff and there is enough work to offer two new junior additions to the team. 
 
The work will cover a mix of RTA and clinical negligence claims at portal and litigation stages. Day to day duties may include (non-exhaustive list) - use of the MOJ portal, processing fast-track RTA claims, assessing causation, fraud and medical investigation matters, evaluating quantum, negotiating settlements, preparing for litigation and hearing preparation.
 
To be considered for this Personal Injury Paralegal role you will need 2 years'+ practical experience working in personal injury and be able to handle a busy caseload of your own. Additional language skills would also be an advantage, particularly Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.
 
You will be offered a competitive salary which will be dependent on experience and will have good progression prospects for future with the firm expecting continued growth.
