This highly established city centre based law firm is now looking for an administration assistant to join their property department based in Birmingham. This particular law firm can offer a competitive salary, benefits package as well as opportunities to progress in the future.
The firm pride themselves on being different and deal with a range of complex and routine cases. In this property administration assistant role, you will join the firms built environment department and provide key support to fee earners on a daily basis. Your key duties in this role will include:
- Opening & closing files
- Drafting legal documents and obtaining Land Registry documents
- Obtaining searches from Searchflow, scanning and closing files
In order to be considered for this property administration assistant role based in Birmingham, you must have 12 months+ experience working within property and a legal environment, be a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, be willing to go the extra mile for your team and clients, and be willing to learn.
