Legal Secretary (Document Production) – Out of Hours – 1.30pm – 10.00pm.
A Top Tier Manchester City Centre law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Typist to join their document production team working from 1.30pm – 10.00pm Monday to Friday. This role would suit someone who has either worked as a legal secretary and enjoys the typing / document production side of the role or someone has worked within a busy legal typist role.
You will be supporting fee earners from 3 offices across the UK and be working within a team of other document production assistants.
This role is predominately typing based and you will be required to have a minimum of 60WPM and have the ability to operate Microsoft programmes.
Main duties include supporting the case handler's with preparation, formatting and amending of documents and bighand transcriptions as well as some scanning, printing and photocopying to support fee earners outside core hours.
