Court of Protection Legal Secretary.
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary has come up with a market leading specialist firm at its central Sheffield office. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to a truly collegiate team.
This role could be ideal for a legal secretary seeking a new direction in a role which offers more than the standard secretary role. You will provide full secretarial support, to include: word processing, diary management, regular and accurate filing, archiving, emailing, photocopying, dealing with telephone inquiries, billing and time recording. Software used includes Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite, primarily Word and Excel, along with the firm's accounting software (Axxia), Big Hand (digital dictation), and Oyez forms.
Proud of their reputation as one of the leading Legal 500 firms, this firm can offer working conditions to match the best in the market.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' legal experience with a minimum typing speed of 65WPM.
Experience within Court of Protection or Personal Injury would be preferred, but applicants from other backgrounds will still be considered.
If you want a platform from which you will have support, commitment and a truly professional environment to work in, then this is one you should be considering. The team is comprised of some exceptional lawyers, and you will be working with a collegiate team which has strong working relationships in a focused, but relaxed, environment.
