Payroll & Benefits Manager. 
This top tier law firm based in state of the art Birmingham city centre offices is now looking for a payroll and benefits manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will work and form part of the firms successful and friendly HR team. 
You will be responsible for completing the firms monthly UK payroll across the firms nine offices as well as leading and managing the firms flexible benefits package. Your key duties will include:

- Completing end to end monthly payroll for all employees
- Take responsibility for auto enrolment
- Administering and advising on the firms benefits
- Dealing with benefits and payroll queries
- Liaising with the firms benefit providers

In order to be considered for this payroll and benefits manager role in Birmingham, you must have previous experience of running payroll, relevant payroll qualifications, previous experience of administering benefits, strong systems experience and having an ability to analyse and report statistics, have excellent organisation and time management skills, along with having a proactive approach to work.
