A leading firm in Bedford are looking for an experienced proeprty litigation solicitor to join their expanding team. Due to continued growth over an extended period this particular firm is looking to increase their proeprty litigation team. The ideal candidate will come from a general proeprty litigation enviroment with exposure to home owner disputes and landlord ad tenanat work.
You will ideally be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with around 4-6 years' PQE, the successful candidate should be experienced in proeprty litigation with a focus on landlord and tenanat matters including: tenancy agreement disputes, tenancy diposit issues, landlord health and safty issues, rent arreears and problem tenancies, tenancy termination and evicition cases. Further to this there would be a keenness for the ideall candidate to also have exposure to home owner disputes, such as boundary disputes, ownership disputes, neighbour disputes, covenents and tresspass work, building disputes, and right of way matters.
The department experiences high levels of work and as such exposure to a busy and varied caseload is advantageous. Any caniddate that can generate additional work or who has a particular following of clients will be at a significant advantage. You will be working alongside a senior solciitor who is Head of Property Litiigation with a top tier firm background.
