Legal Secretary - Governance & Commercial.
This leading Birmingham city centre based law firm is looking for an experienced legal secretary to join them on a permanent basis. The firm can offer you a highly competitive salary and benefits scheme, along with a friendly and close knit team.
Based in Birmingham, you will join the firms governance and commercial department where you will be expected to provide secretarial support to the fee earners in the department, particularly within the education and charities team. Your key duties will include:
- Audio / Copy typing, including digital dictation
- Diary management
- Preparing / drafting documents, correspondence and bundles
- Liaising with key clients
In order to be considered for this legal secretary role based in Birmingham, you must have 2 years+ experience working in a similar department, have excellent typing, organisational and communication skills, along with a friendly, personable and confident approach.
