Part-time Company Secretarial Administrator.
My client is looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator to support the Company Secretarial Manager to deliver a suite of Company Secretarial services to a range of clients including charities, social enterprises and commercial clients. 
They are looking for someone on the basis of 21-28 hours per week, which could be over five days, if not potentially three to four days. 
The key responsibilities in the role include:
-maintenance of statutory registers
-preparing Companies House filings
-PSC Register updates
-filing confirmation statements
-producing proposals for prospective new clients
-raising awareness of services internally and promoting them externally
-taking minutes at client board meetings.
This role is designed for someone looking to embark on a Company Secretarial career (with or without experience) with a keenness to take the ICSA qualifying exams. As such, study support will be provided. As a part-time opportunity with a broad-base of work on offer, this role is likely to be popular so do register your interest asap.
