Property Portfolio & Health and Safety Manager.
Based in state of the art offices in Birmingham city centre, this highly established law firm is now looking for a property portfolio & health and safety manager to join them on a permanent, full time basis.
You will join and form part of the firms business operations group where you will be responsible for assisting all of the firms other offices and reporting to the head of client services and facilities. Your key duties will include:
- Managing the firms property portfolio on a day to day basis
- Ensuring all health and safety processes and procedures are met in line with best practice
- Assisting with and looking after all offices
- Dealing with all expired leases and renewals
- Finding new premises
- Carrying out ad hoc assignments
In order to be considered for this property portfolio and health and safety manager role, you must have a NEBOSH qualification, extensive experience working in a similar role, be a member or fellow of the RICS, have extensive property knowledge, solid experience in property acquisition and practical exposure to project management.
