A 3+ PQE employment solicitor is required to join a large regional based, multi office practice. The opportunity is based in their attractive and recently renovated Northampton office, with senior caseload based out of this office, and some travel may be required to their partner office in Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate will work closely with one of the firms founding partners on a strong commercial and claimant-based employment caseload.
You will be an experienced employment solicitor who has dealt with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters to included discrimination disputes, redundancy, TUPE, company handbooks, unfair dismissal and settlement agreements, redundancy management, performance and absence management advice. You will work for both employers and high value employees and cases have included matters with high value settlement sums.
