Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
 
The perfect role has arisen for an experienced conveyancing legal secretary looking for a fresh opportunity based in the North of Birmingham. This well-established law firm is now looking for an additional legal secretary to join their growing conveyancing department on a full time, permanent basis. 
 
Based in North Birmingham, you will assist and support the residential conveyancing team where your key duties will include: audio / copy typing, liaising with key clients, preparing correspondence and documents, using The Land Registry and completing SDLT forms, diary management and key administrative duties. 
 
In order to be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary role based in North Birmingham, you must have 12 months + experience working as a legal secretary within a conveyancing department, have excellent communication, typing and organisational skills, along with a friendly and supportive approach.
