The firm are looking for an Enfranchisement Solicitor/Lawyer (NQ-6 years PQE) to join their specialist team, working closely with a number of experts in the field. Your role will focus on advising landlords and leaseholders of flats and houses on the enfranchisement provisions of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 and the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 as well undertaking lease extensions for private clients. This will include matters relating to:
- Individual or multiple lease extension
- Collective enfranchisement
- Freehold sales to leaseholders
- Matters following collective enfranchisement
