An exciting opportunity has just arisen at an award winning regional law firm in the North East. For this particular vacancy the successful candidate can work from either their Newcastle or Stockton office.
Ideally, the firm are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their successful Employment team with 1-3 years PQE. They are however willing to look at candidates outside of this remit.
The employment law and HR experts act for businesses of all sizes, from start-ups, SMEs to larger limited companies and PLCs, they always aim to provide a personal service which is tailored to their clients’ precise business needs and resources.
Typical cases includes, but are not limited to: Unfair dismissal, employment contracts, discrimination, disciplinary & grievance, breaches of contract, sickness absence management, restructuring and reorganising redundancy, trade unions & industrial action and employee data, surveillance and GDPR.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a firm at a strategic time in its expansion and long term plan.
