Based in state of the art offices in the centre of Birmingham, this top tier law firm is now looking for a costs draftsperson to join their litigation and dispute resolution department on a full time, permanent basis.
The firm is highly established and based in a great location in the centre of Birmingham. Within this role, your key duties will include: drafting points of dispute, drafting form H cost budgets, advocacy at cost management hearings, drafting bills and scheduling of costs, providing offers and negotiating settlements, providing fee earner support and liaising with clients.
In order to be considered for this costs draftsperson role, you must have at least 2 years experience working in the same role, have excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident dealing and negotiating with clients, along with an enthusiastic approach to developing your costs career.
