Swedish Speaking Corporate Assistant. 
 
My client is a one-stop shop corporate firm providing services across, HR, legal, company secretarial and accounting. They are now seeking to appoint an ambitious Swedish speaking Corporate Assistant keen to develop their Corporate Law knowledge and take on a varied workload.

Your duties would include:
 
Companies House work:
 
Change of company name, accounting reference date
registered office address
director/secretary appointments/resignations
Confirmation statements/PSC registers
Incorporation of companies
Preparation and monitoring of filings
 
General duties:
 
managing bank accounts
money laundering checks,
maintaining registered office address list
VAT registration,
insurance,
project based work
 
This role would be particularly suitable if you have taken a law degree or a course in corporate governance and already have some office based experience.
