Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal.

Based in Solihull, you will work alongside and support fee earners in the firms conveyancing department where your key duties will include: assisting with key conveyancing files and preparing documents, dealing with The Land Registry and using online case management systems, liaising with key clients, opening & closing files, along with processing cases.
In order to be considered for this conveyancing assistant / paralegal role based in Solihull, you must have 2 years+ experience working in a conveyancing role, have a firm understanding of the conveyancing process, be a real team player and be comforable speaking and dealing with clients both face to face and over the phone.
