Based in Solihull, this well-established law firm is now looking for an experienced legal assistant / paralegal to join their expanding conveyancing department on a full time, permanent basis. The firm can offer you a competitive salary, along with a friendly and progressive environment.
Based in Solihull, you will provide key support and assistance to the fee earners within the conveyancing department where your key duties will include: preparing & producing documents, dealing with The Land Registry and using online case management systems, liaising with clients and handling enquiries, compiling paperwork, along with key conveyancing admin duties.
In order to be considered for this conveyancing assistant / paralegal role, you must have at least 18 months+ experience working within a conveyancing role, have a firm understanding of the conveyancing process, have experience handling cases, along with excellent communication skills.
