An NQ - 2 year PQE employment solicitor is required to join a small but expanding boutique practice. The firm are based in Tring and this person will work closely with one of the firms founding partners on complex and varied work.
You will be a junior employment solicitor who has dealt with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters to included discrimination disputes, redundancy, TUPE, company handbooks, unfair dismissal and settlement agreements. If you also have experience in wider civil and commercial dispute matters this would be advantageous. You will work for both employers and employees and cases have included matters with 6 figure settlement sum.
