A senior employment solicitor is required for a Legal 500 recommended practice based in Central Hertfordshire. The role would see you take over an existing caseload of matters and assist in the running of the department of 4 solicitors.
You will be an employment solicitor with around 5-7 years PQE who is able to deal with a mix of claimant and respondent matters which will include both contentious and non-contentious work. You will have dealt with employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, staff handbooks, redundancies, dismissals. discrimination and whilstleblowing. The ideal candidate will be able to act for medium to large companies as well as individuals up to and including at director level. If you have experience in the management of junior staff this would be advantageous but you will be able to assist in marketing and business development. The right candidate can expect excellent prospects and could be offered a fast track route to partnership.
