A great opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing secretary/receptionist to join an established law firm based in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This law firm can consider either full time or someone on a 4 day per week basis.
Within this role, you will work on the firm's receptionist desk, but also provide secretarial support to a conveyancing and private client fee earner where your key duties will include:
- Audio/copy typing
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing/drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Using online systems and dealing with The Land Registry
- Completing general admin duties
In order to be considered for this legal secretary/receptionist role in Birmingham, you must have previous experience working as a secretary and receptionist, with a good working knowledge of the conveyancing process. You must have great personal skills and a great team working ethic.
