Residential Development Solicitor - Nottingham.
 
Outstanding opportunity with a high profile firm who have a new build offering and who are looking to strengthen that department.
 
This is a fast paced role acting on behalf of a number of home builders and developers and you should be comfortable working to the demands of key clients.
 
It is a collegiate team environment and you will be supported at all levels. There are genuine progression opportunities available and clear career paths in place.
 
You can expect to handle plot work and acquisition work and you will be able to navigate your way across all types of contracts and agreements.
 
Access to partners and senior associates is available but as an experienced solicitor you would be trusted and given your own autonomy to progress files.
 
There will be the opportunity meet key clients and develop your own relationships with them so that you can conduct your own negotiations.
 
Business development is how the firm brings on new clients and is a part of the role that you will be exposed to and should be happy to embrace.
 
Ideally you'll have upwards of 2 years PQE gained within a noted residential development unit. Applications from conveyancers with traditional sales and purchase experience would also be considered.
